Stack Up! Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Who we are
Stack Up! is a mobile game published by Atlas Forge Studios. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email contact@atlasforge-studios.com.
What the game stores
The game does not ask you to create an account and does not send us any data. Your progress (best height, today’s best in the Daily Challenge, challenge stars) and your settings (sound) are saved on your phone only. They are deleted if you uninstall the game.
Ads
The game is free and paid for by video ads from Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited in Europe). To show these ads, measure how well they work and prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device’s advertising ID;
- your IP address and an approximate location derived from it;
- technical information about your device (model, operating system, language);
- how you interact with ads (views, clicks, videos watched).
Google processes this data under its own rules: how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Your consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can accept, refuse or choose in detail. If you refuse, non-personalized ads may still be shown.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Privacy” button in the game’s menu. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Since the game sends us no data, these requests mostly concern Google, which you can contact from the page above. You can also email us at contact@atlasforge-studios.com, or contact your country’s data protection authority.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, apart from the ads described above. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
